Click above, Download registration form, mail as indicated to Summit County Clerk.

Please register as a Democrat so we know who you are at election time. If you attempt to register as a Democrat and your voter registration card comes back non-affiliated, all you need to do is call the clerk's office (435-336-3203), give them your voter id number and ask to change your party affiliation.
